Meditation and the Creative Power of Beliefs
An Experiential Day Retreat
Saturday, March 17, 2012, 9:30AM-5:30PM
Courtyard St. Petersburg Downtown, 300 4th St. N
This day-retreat is designed for everyone; from the avid meditator to the novice and anyone in-between. We learn best from experience, which is what we will do during the retreat…EXPEREINCE. You will get beneath the chatter of your mind and experience mediation and the creative nature of your beliefs in REAL and PRACTICAL ways for your everyday life. There won’t be a lot of esoteric rambling and wordy pontificating. This is a fun and fascinating workshop that will provide you with the tools to make positive change in your life through meditation and understanding how your thoughts create experience.
Through the use of the amazing Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, practical tools and exercises, humor and analogy you will define what meditation is for YOU, how it feels and how to get there on your own. You will then use meditation to see more clearly how every experience you have is created by a belief that you hold.
